There are nearly twenty capable designers of our design team, many of them have move than ten years experience on ship
building & retrofit design, which can give our customers with high quality design.
We also have experienced engineers team, who have years of working experience in shipping company as chief engineer, superintendent and equipment service engineer, they can provide service support for BWTS & SCRUBBER retrofiting on site.
We have two set FARO 3D scan machines, which can supply 3D scan work all over the world. This will make the retrofit work more efficiently.
We can provide 3D scanning, 3D modeling, design and drafting services to maritime industry.
The three-dimensional point cloud created by 3D scanning can be converted to intelligent, semi-intelligent, geometric 3D models which can be navigated, drafted and modeled in popular CAD and other applications.
The possibilities are endless for site surveys, damage Investigation, conversion plans, reverse engineering, conceptual designs
and detailed engineering.
We use the most recent 3D CAD Modelling software to organize 3D thought models and elaborate fabrication drawings for ship conversions, as well as assembly modeling, prototype design, complex construction design, structural layouts etc.
In 2004, IMO adopted the International Convention for the Control and Management of Ships’ Ballast Water and Sediments.
The convention entered into force on the 8th of September 2017.
The Ballast Water Management Convention requires that all ships in international traffic are required to manage their ballast
water and sediments to a certain standard.
ETmarine has many years of experience in providing 3D scanning services with rich working experienced technicians.
3D scanning of relevant areas enables the client to keep this required information ready for quick take-off as soon as a final decision on installation of the system is taken.
Aries uses an advanced laser 3D Scanner for generating the as-built data.
All necessary areas will be scanned by the 3D laser scanner and the generated point cloud will be used to evaluate and verify the different installation layouts.
When the equipment to be installed is finalized by the Ship owner, based on our feasibility report and commercial considerations,
we move to the design stage.
The detailed schematics and drawings will be prepared for approval by the classification society.
